• Cookie orders open on Sunday at 9am and will close on Monday 9am. You have 24 hours to place your orders (eastern time)

This is for Pickup or to have them Shipped.

• Orders will be shipped every Saturday morning after Cookie Order Day.
• Orders usually arrive in 1-3 days locally and 3-5 days for locations outside the Cincinnati area. Tracking information will provided once a shipping label has been created.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

While we take the upmost care in packaging each order to ensure safe shipping, Sandy's Catering Cupcakes is not responsible for lost, damaged, returned, or delayed packages once handed to the post office.

• Pickup orders will be available for pickup on Saturday after Cookie Order Day from 12pm-3pm (eastern time)***Pickup is only available in Cincinnati, OH***
• Orders are not available for immediate pickup. Pickup details including address will be shared once your order is ready for pick up.

• Sandy's Catering Cupcakes is a home-based bakery. While we follow all food safety guidelines, our cookies are made in a home kitchen that is not required to have inspections by the heath department under the Ohio Cottage Food Laws.
• By purchasing from Sandy's Catering Cupcakes, you acknowledge that you are buying from a home-based bakery and agree to hold us harmless in the case of any reactions caused by consuming our products.
